Oracle Service Specialist - Wiltshire - £35k -40k plus benefits
The Director of this IT Consultancy has a vacancy for a Oracle Service Specialist with Oracle Contracts for Service and Teleservice 11.5.8 or 9 implementation skills and Field Service 11i implementation skills, strong functional understanding of Service Contracts, Dispatch Management and Customer Care processes. DESIRABLE: experience of implementing Oracle 11i Applications, iSupport or Knowledge Base expertise, training experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Understanding clients requirements to help design, implement and train users in Oracle Contracts for Service and Teleservice. There is a lot of travelling involved as the client has projects based throughout Europe and the UK. Candidates will be required to work from home and at client sites.
